From Philadelphia/Norristown- Blue Route 476 South to Exit 5 (Springfield-Lima), Route 1 South to Route 41 South (past Rts. 452, 352, 202, 52, 82) Towns to pass: Media, Concordville, Chadds Ford, Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, Toughkenamon.
Upon exiting off Route 1 South onto Route 41 South, go approximately 1.5 miles to first traffic light in Avondale. Route 41 South & State Road intersection-turn right. Landmarks: Sunoco & PNC Bank on left at light.
Go about 200 yards over railroad tracks & small bridge to fork in road, bear- left onto Clay Creek Road, continue to E. Avondale Road (from fork: entrance is 1.1 mile on right)
