From NorthEast Philadelphia: Follow 195 South Through Delaware into Maryland. Exit 95 onto route 272 N. Follow 272 N for approximately 20-25 miles. 272N will join in with 222N for approximately 1/2 mile. When the two roads split be sure to bare to the left staying on 272 N. Go 1 and 1/2 miles and turn left onto Pilgrim's Pathway.

From Philadelphia or West Chester and anyone trayelin2 south on Route 1 : : Follow Route 1 South until you reach the last exit in PA which will be Route 272 N. Follow 272 North for about 10 miles. At this point turn right onto Route 272N/222N. The two roads will run together for about 1/2 mile. When the two roads split be sure to bare to the left staying on 272 N. Go 1 and 1/2 miles and turn left onto Pilgrim's Pathway.

From Baltimore and Anyone Traveling North on 95: Follow 95 North Through Baltimore. Exit 95N at the Havre De Grace exit. This will be route 155. Turn Left ontol55. Follow for about 2 miles. Turn right onto Route 161. Follow 161 for 5-10 miles until you intersect with Route 1. Follow Route 1 North. Cross the Conowingo Dam. Shortly after crossing the dam turn left onto 222N. Follow 222N for about 10 miles. At this point 272N will join in with 222N: The two roads travel together for about 1/2 mile. At the fork bare left onto 272N. Follow 272N for about 1.5 miles and turn left onto Pilgrim's Pathway.

From York (Close to Route 30): Follow Route 30 East Towards Lancaster. Exit Route 30 at the Exit for Route 741 East. Follow Route 741 East for approximately 10-15 miles. Turn Right onto 272 South. Follow 272 S for about 15 miles. Turn Right onto Pilgrim's Pathway.
